Hi Ojas,
It was nice talking to you.
As discussed, we would like to proceed with converting Hardik to a Full-Time Employee (FTE) at InMobi. In line with our mutually agreed MSA, InMobi will pay a conversion fee equivalent to 15% of the current billing value (INR 30,10,560). You may share the invoice accordingly after the conversion is complete.
We are planning to onboard Hardik as an FTE starting July 17th. However, as per the agreement, the official notice period would result in an effective conversion date of August 18th. Please confirm if you're aligned with onboarding him on July 17th .
